This project involved the exterior painting of a single-story residential structure and included various substrates such as engineered siding (T1-11), wood, vinyl, aluminum, steel, and painted stucco, with moderate chalking present on the stucco surfaces.
Our painting scope of work included the body, trim, soffits, fascia, gutters, drip edge, window frames, garage door, and rear French doors. We also addressed minor stucco repairs, focusing on hairline cracks, the base of posts, and corners, ensuring a smooth and durable finish. Our color selections included:
- SW6258 ‘Tricorn Black’ (low lustre)
- SW7069 ‘Iron Ore’ (specified sheen)
- OC-117 ‘Simply White’ (low lustre) on specified walls
