This project involved a complete interior and exterior painting of a new construction main and guest house in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. Our team painted all surfaces, including walls, ceilings, trim, and porches, using a carefully selected color palette.
For the interior, we used Benjamin Moore UltraSpec 500, applying a matte finish on walls and ceilings, while the trim was finished in semi-gloss satin for durability. The exterior porches were painted in Cascade Mountain, paired with Vale Mist gloss for the ceilings to enhance the outdoor aesthetic. Our team utilized high-quality materials like Sherwin-Williams and SuperPaint.
