What hours do your crews work?
Our crews work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Weekend or evening hours can be arranged to accommodate special project needs or client requests, ensuring minimal disruption to your daily routine.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, Bright Side Painting is fully insured. We carry comprehensive liability and workers’ compensation insurance to protect our clients and employees throughout our projects. If you request it, we can add you as an additional insured on our policy to give you complete peace of mind.
Are there any extra fees not listed in my estimate?
No! We believe in transparency and no surprises when it comes to billing. Your estimate includes all foreseeable costs associated with your project. Any potential additional fees or unexpected costs would be communicated and approved by you before proceeding.
What types of paint do you use?
Bright Side Painting uses only premium paints and materials, selected for their durability, quality, and suitability for each project. We work with top brands known for their superior finish and longevity, including Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore.
How do you ensure the quality of your work?
First and foremost, we guarantee our work. We take clients through a final walkthrough to ensure 100% satisfaction before completing the project. We also provide a 1-year warranty. We stand by our work because we use only the highest quality materials, state-of-the-art equipment, and meticulous techniques.
