Sales Representative
Are you a motivated, goal-oriented professional with a passion for connecting with clients and driving business growth? Bright Side Painting of Jacksonville is looking for a Sales Representative to join our team and help us continue delivering exceptional service and client experiences.
Position Purpose:
In this direct-to-client sales role, you’ll play a pivotal part in growing our business by engaging with prospective clients, closing contracts, and ensuring a seamless sales experience. With comprehensive training, warm leads provided, and a competitive compensation plan, you’ll have all the tools you need to thrive in this role.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
Conduct consultations, prepare estimates, and present proposals tailored to client needs.
Close sales contracts with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure client satisfaction from start to finish.
Represent Bright Side Painting with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive package designed to reward your performance and growth:
Base Salary: $40,000 annually, paid weekly
Commission: Uncapped

Qualifications:
3 years experience in sales, preferably in residential or commercial services
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently while achieving goals.
Strong ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships.
Comfortable working flexible hours, including occasional weekends.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
