“This project was a comprehensive exterior restoration for Kingmaker Brewery, encompassing the full exterior which features a variety of substrates, including brick, CMU, wood, aluminum, and steel. We installed lath and framing to support a 7/8 stucco application on the front facade, specifically on the east face where T1-11 and drywall were present.
Our work included painting the body, trim, covered ceilings, drip edge, exterior doors, and the building medallion on the east face. Additionally, we preserved and painted eight antique metal windows with individual pane designs housed in steel.”
