For this project at the Ahern townhomes, our team completed a comprehensive exterior repaint focused on refreshing the brown trim and siding across four residential buildings.
Using Sherwin-Williams Emerald Rain Refresh®, the project was designed to provide long-lasting protection while helping the surfaces stay cleaner over time. The selected body color was custom matched to Benjamin Moore ES-44 stain, creating a rich, cohesive appearance throughout the property.
Our scope of work included exterior siding and trim painting only, while carefully excluding garage doors and window frames per the project specifications. The Bright Side Painting team worked across all four buildings, completing detailed preparation and application work on each elevation to ensure a consistent finish and durable coverage.
