Bright Side Painting recently completed a large-scale exterior restoration and repainting project at the Briar Oaks Townhome community. Spanning 211 townhomes and approximately 240,000 square feet, this comprehensive project was successfully executed in just 10 production weeks through careful planning, coordination, and a highly efficient field team.
The Briar Oaks community required a full exterior refresh along with critical structural and surface repairs. Our team performed extensive stucco repair throughout the property and partnered with a specialized crew to address major repairs to rotted structural elements discovered during the restoration process.
Beyond the technical work, Bright Side Painting’s design team worked closely with the Briar Oaks HOA Board to develop a refreshed color palette for the community. This collaborative design process ensured the final selection complemented the architecture of the community while providing a modern, cohesive aesthetic for residents and visitors alike.
