How long have you worked for Bright Side Painting of Jax?
I joined the Bright Side Painting of Jax team in June 2025, and it’s been a rewarding experience contributing to a team that values quality, professionalism, and integrity.
Where are you from?
I’m originally from Central Florida, but Jacksonville quickly became home when my family relocated here in 2022. I enjoy being part of a growing, vibrant community that blends coastal charm with a strong sense of connection.
What is your Professional Background?
Before joining Bright Side Painting, I built a diverse professional background in banking, insurance, and non-profit work. These experiences taught me the importance of communication, accountability, and building trust—skills I now bring to the world of painting and customer service. My career path has given me a well-rounded perspective and a strong foundation in both client care and operations.
What got you interested in Premier Painting/Services?
There’s something incredibly rewarding about seeing a space completely transformed through high-quality painting. I was drawn to Bright Side Painting of Jax because of the attention to detail, the craftsmanship, and the pride in doing the job right. Being part of that process every day is what keeps me inspired.
Can you briefly describe what your Job at Bright Side Painting of Jax entails?
At Bright Side Painting, I oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate scheduling, and serve as a point of contact for clients throughout the project. My role is a blend of project management, quality control, and client care—ensuring that every job runs smoothly and that our clients are informed, confident, and satisfied from the first call to the final walkthrough.
What keeps you on the Bright Side, in your downtime?
I’m a proud Navy wife and mom of two amazing kids, and family time is always a priority. Outside of work, you can often find me at a Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp game or participating in 1st Place Running events around the city. Staying active, connected, and involved in the local community keeps me grounded and energized.
What is your favorite part about working for Bright Side Painting of Jax?
The people—hands down. We have a team that truly cares, not just about the work we do, but about each other and our customers. It’s a supportive, uplifting environment where everyone brings something valuable to the table, and that makes every day meaningful.
