This residential interior painting project refreshed a two-story home with expert application and high-quality finishes. Covering 9,988 square feet, the scope included walls, baseboards, trim, crown molding, doors, jambs, and casings throughout both floors. Spaces painted included the main living area, guest bath, school area, mudroom, pantry, formal dining and living rooms, laundry room, hallways, stairways, primary suite with walk-in closet and office, hall bath, playroom, and three bedrooms.
The project featured Sherwin Williams Scuff-Tuff on walls for enhanced durability and Sherwin Williams Emerald Urethane Enamel on trim, baseboards, and doors for a smooth, long-lasting finish. The client selected a flat sheen for the walls, creating a sophisticated and seamless look. Ceilings, built-ins, and the primary bath were excluded from the scope.
This detailed interior transformation was completed with precision, ensuring a cohesive and refreshed aesthetic throughout the home.
