This exterior project focused on repairing and refinishing the west facade of a single-story home. The scope included stucco repair, surface preparation, and a high-quality paint application to ensure durability and a seamless finish.
The stucco repair process involved removing damaged areas, inspecting the framing, and installing new lath, corner bead, and stucco with a carefully matched texture. After repairs, we sealed minor cracks, applied Loxon Acrylic Conditioner, and used Loxon XP for added durability. A two-coat application of Sherwin Williams SuperPaint in the client’s selected Quiver Tan provided a refreshed, uniform look.
This project enhanced the home’s structural integrity and curb appeal, delivering a long-lasting and professional finish.
